Halle Berry can be proud of an attractive body, after long exercises and diet. The actress, who recently turned 54, aspired to get an "iron" abdomen for her latest film, "Bruised", in which she plays the role of an MMA fighter.
Even though the filming was over, Halle did not give up the sport. She continues to surprise her fans with videos in which she performs various exercises.
Halle Berry kept a ketogenic diet, low in carbohydrates, both in order to keep fit and to control type 2 diabetes. Her coach also revealed in an interview that the actress has a main meal after training, practically combining breakfast and lunch.
The actress really likes avocados, which she includes in various dishes, such as ice cream. Eat lots of organic vegetables, such as celery slices and cucumbers, lots of blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and blackberries.
