Textured surface is a must for black-on-black outfits. Stylish trenches and spring coats have precious, jewel embellishments, frills and ruffles; casual pieces such as tops, a pocketed mini-dress or a tunic feature tucks, folds, pleats, stud or sequin trimmings.

iconic Little Black Dress, resort 2009 collections didn't lack in modern versions of this perfect number.

Twisted, knotted draping and inventive appliqué give an extra edge. As for
shapes, 60s shift and cocoon shapes as well as 80s strapless and
one-shoulder cuts are favored candidates for perfect LBDs.
