Carrie Bradshaw and The City

I have to say that as a big fan of the Sex And The City HBO show (I saw all episodes more than once) I'm looking forward to see SATC: The Movie which will be released on May 30th, 2008. Images from the set are already available on the internet such as these from InStyle online magazine.

When I'm dieing to see an upcoming movie I watch all trailers and photos and by the time the movie is released it's not all that new and fresh for me so that is why I m a little disappointed I can see this pictures before the release. On the other hand, InStyle editors wrote: "For those of you who want Sex and the City: The Movie to be fresh and new, look away!". Ha-ha! Are they kidding me? How can I not look?

So it seems Carrie will, after all marry Big and for her wedding day she chooses, how else, something edgy, avant-garde looking gown by designer Vivienne Westwood. With those with turquoise feathers in her hair she looks great and funky as usual. Patricia Field, the stylist and costume designer of this show also chose some wonderful sophisticated dresses for Carrie's bridesmaids.

(I guess Samantha will change those slippers for some killer heels.) Anyway one of the main reasons for watching the show was Carrie's outrageous outfits, and as I can see from these pictures she doesn't lose it. U go girl! There are even some trends emerging there: bold colors and color combinations, peep toes shoes, knee high socks with mini skirts, must-have belts over statement coats, funky handbags and sky high heels: Carrie traded Manolo for Dior.
