Fashion photography and vintage cameras

Ellen Rogers, Crow

Category

  • All things chic

These mesmerizing images belong to brilliant Ellen Rogers, specialized in fine art and fashion photography. For this magnificent work she uses about 30-40 different cameras, depending on her mood.

Ellen Rogers, Crow

Her fashion pictorials are done exclusively on film, black and white or in colors, followed by original developing techniques that give Ellen's photographs an otherworldly look. Ellen Jane Rogers was born in Norfolk and today she's living in London, photographing but also working at a series of mixed media projects along with her partner.

Ellen Rogers, In the seeing room

Reading, dreams, conversations feed her inspiration, but most of her ideas are spontaneous. A photographer must also be a good director, Ellen believes, this quality holding the key to success in this fascinating branch.

Paintings and pixels
